Our fulfilment policy explains how our SEO and consulting services are delivered, what is prioritised, what to expect, and how they are fulfilled over time.

Our Fulfilment Policy

Last Updated: 28th July 2026

This Fulfilment Policy explains how Want SEO delivers its services, how work is prioritised, and what fulfilment means in the context of strategic SEO and consulting.

The intent of this policy is clarity. It exists to set realistic expectations and avoid misunderstandings before work begins.

1. Nature of Services Provided

Want SEO provides professional services relating to SEO, eCommerce growth, CRO, consulting, and related strategic support.

These services are:

  • Advisory and execution-based
  • Ongoing or project-based, depending on agreement
  • Delivered collaboratively rather than transactionally

Services are not physical goods and are not delivered as fixed, guaranteed outputs.

2. How Fulfilment is Defined

Fulfilment refers to:

  • The provision of professional time, expertise, and strategic input
  • The prioritised execution of agreed work
  • Ongoing decision-making and guidance aligned with stated objectives

Fulfilment is measured by:

  • Work undertaken in good faith
  • Alignment with agreed priorities
  • Transparent communication
  • Reasoned professional judgment

Fulfilment is not defined by:

  • Guaranteed rankings
  • Guaranteed traffic increases
  • Guaranteed revenue outcomes

SEO outcomes depend on variables outside any agency’s control.

3. Retainer-based Fulfilment

For ongoing retainers, fulfilment operates on a time, expertise, and prioritisation basis, not a fixed task list.

This means:

  • Monthly activity may vary depending on priorities
  • Work is scoped based on what is most valuable at that time
  • Some months involve more strategic or analytical work than visible changes

Unused time does not roll over unless explicitly agreed in writing.

4. Project-based Fulfilment

For fixed-scope projects, fulfilment is defined by:

  • The scope was agreed in advance
  • The delivery of work within that scope
  • Reasonable professional standards of care

Changes to scope, requirements, or assumptions may require:

  • Revised timelines
  • Additional fees
  • A new agreement

5. Collaboration and Client Responsibilities

Effective fulfilment depends on collaboration.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely access to required systems and platforms
  • Responding to reasonable requests for information
  • Making decisions within agreed timeframes where required

Delays caused by lack of access, delayed responses, or third-party dependencies may affect delivery timelines.

6. Communication and Visibility

Want SEO to fulfil services transparently.

This typically includes:

  • Shared visibility of work in progress
  • Clear explanation of priorities
  • Regular check-ins or agreed communication cadence

Formal reports may be replaced by shared tools or discussions, which provide greater clarity.

7. Timeframes and Delivery Expectations

SEO and related services operate on long-term timelines.

Indicative timeframes discussed during onboarding or sales conversations are:

  • Estimates, not guarantees
  • Based on experience, not certainty
  • Subject to change as conditions evolve

Short-term results should not be assumed unless explicitly agreed.

8. Changes to Fulfilment Approach

As SEO priorities change, Want SEO may recommend:

  • Shifting focus
  • Pausing certain activities
  • Reprioritising effort

These changes are made to protect value and avoid wasted effort, not to reduce service delivery.

9. Outcomes and performance

Want SEO commits to:

  • Acting in the client’s best interests
  • Applying reasonable skill and care
  • Communicating honestly about progress and limitations

Want SEO does not commit to:

  • Specific rankings
  • Specific traffic volumes
  • Specific revenue outcomes

SEO outcomes are influenced by search engines, competitors, market demand, and external factors beyond control.

10. Suitability and Expectation Alignment

This Fulfilment Policy is designed for clients who:

If expectations do not align with this policy, Want SEO may advise against engagement.

11. Termination and Fulfilment to Date

In the event of termination:

  • Work completed up to the termination date is considered fulfilled
  • Fees already paid are non-refundable for services rendered
  • Any outstanding invoices remain payable

Termination does not imply non-fulfilment where work has been provided in line with this policy.

12. Updates to This Policy

This Fulfilment Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in services or operating practices.

The most recent version will always be published on the Want SEO website.
