Sofas and Sectionals is an online retailer of furniture, focused around the living room. They supply fine leather and fabric leather upholstery from manufacturers such as Natuzzi Editions, Palliser, Klaussner, Southern Motion, Franklin and many others. They also offer the full range of customizable furniture from each brand they carry.

Challenge

Tasked to maintain existing market share and increase the new brands with Sofas and Sectionals online eCommerce shop.

Solution

Writing online SERPs and optimising existing content on their bespoke CMS system. Increasing online brand reputation through online PR, local search and citations. 

Process

After extensive competitor and market analysis we mapped out the existing meta data across the whole site.

Many thousands of products were updated to reflect better descriptions and more in-depth attributes for indexation purposes.

On-page content was improved to include hyper-relevant keywords and anchor text for LSI benefits

Citations and links were created across the custom-cms site and trust signals were reinforced with content across all social platforms.

Results

Maintained a healthy array of existing brands and secured many first page listings for numerous new brands with a 32% increase in high domain backlinks. Domain Authority is currently 51 for an eCommerce store with nearly a 5% growth in customers and a whopping 27% increase in engagement.
